DECSI has realized many poor people have improved their livings significantly up to now. Such an achievement by itself creates good moral to all stakeholders of the institution and particularly gives satisfaction to the donors and at large to the potential customer. Based on the vision and mission of DECSI, fighting poverty is not an end, rather it is to bring an overall and integrated socio-economic development in the region and presumably in the country. So much so, bringing in efficacy, increasing the volume of customers and extending coverage are our primary goals. To bring about the aimed all round development, we are planned to introduce computerized system and it is timely.

DECSI is ready to exploit ICT for the reduction among the people of Tigray and in country.
